Welcome to e-Classifieds's Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement"). This Agreement describes the terms and conditions applicable to your use of the e-classifieds.com.my web site, which features tools for buying and selling in the e-market (the "Service").

Acceptance of Terms.
By completing the sign-up process, you agree to the terms of this Member Agreement, and to abide by the other terms, policies, procedures, and guidelines on e-classifieds.com.my. e-classifieds.com.my may amend these terms from time to time. If you do not agree to the changes, you must request that your account be closed. Your continued use of our service will signify your acceptance of the updated terms.

e-classified.com.my Is Only a Venue.
e-classifeds.com.my acts as a matching service for Members to locate people to buy, sell, and negotiate the exchange of goods and services. We do not own or handle any of the goods and services listed on the site. As a result, we cannot verify or endorse the quality, safety, or legality of the posted advertisements, or the truth or accuracy of the content on our site.

Who Can Use .
The Service is available to all individuals and companies. The Service is not available to temporarily or indefinitely suspended e-classifieds.com.my members.

Fees.
Joining e-Classifieds.com.my is free! We reserve the right to charge fees for the Service upon notice to you pursuant to paragraph 1. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes and duties and for all hardware, software, service and other costs you incur to trade, procure a listing from us, or access our servers. We reserve the right to change or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, some or all of the Service at any time without notice.

Username, Password and Security.
During the registration process, you will select a Username and Password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Username and Password, and for all activities that occur under your Username and Password. You agree to (a) immediately notify e-classifieds.com.my of any unauthorized use of your Username or Password or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you properly exit the web site at the end of each session. e-classifieds.com.my cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this paragraph.

Suspension/Termination
We may immediately issue a warning, temporarily suspend, indefinitely suspend, or terminate your membership, any of your current classifieds, and any other information you place on the site if you breach this Agreement or if we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide to us. Without limiting any other remedies, e-classifieds.com.my may suspend or terminate your account if you are found (by conviction, settlement, insurance or escrow investigation, or otherwise) to have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with our site
